Role:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Engineer with Data Integration and demonstrated Databricks platform and Tableau experience to join our team. The successful candidate will design and develop data integration, data aggregation, and data extraction jobs and generate outputs and reports using Tableau and optimize the data pipelines.
Responsibilities:
β’ Design and develop scalable data integration, aggregation, and extraction workflows using Databricks.
β’ Build and optimize robust data pipelines to support analytics and reporting.
β’ Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative data and application solutions.
β’ Ensure data solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with architectural best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
β’ Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field.
β’ Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform.
β’ Proven experience designing and implementing scalable and secure AWS cloud solutions using the Databricks platform.
β’ Expertise in Databricks Delta Lake and Lakehouse Architecture.
β’ Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable BI reports in Tableau.
β’ Expert-level skills in architecting solutions on the AWS Databricks platform.
β’ Familiarity with IRS EDP Databricks platform and IRS Analytical platform.
β’ Strong understanding of data integration, data warehousing, and BI best practices.
β’ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
β’ Programming Skills: Java 17; MongoDB 5.3.x; Spring Boot; AWS (dynamo MSK); Kafka; React; NodeJS; Javabase (front-end) Thymeleaf; PySpark;
Preferred/Nice to Have Skills:
β’ IRS GFE (badge and laptop)
β’ Experience with IBM Digital Core Solution.
β’ Experience with Kafka and Confluent for real-time data streaming and integration.
