Hiring Overview
• Type: Contract-to-hire, goal to convert to full-time.
• Focus Roles: Front-End, Back-End, Full-Stack, Data Engineers.
• Core Must-Haves: AWS, Agile experience, strong communication/soft skills.
• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, Newark, NJ), strictly enforced.
Data Engineer
• Tools: Microsoft Fabric (2–3 yrs), Power BI, PySpark
• Skills: Data modeling, visualization, Medallion Architecture, Purview
• Cloud: AWS required; cross-cloud familiarity (AWS ↔ Azure)
Additional Notes
• Domain Experience: Nice-to-have (retirement/financial), not required.
• Team Focus: App modernization, web credential modernization, strategic tech stack.
• Recruiting Guidance: Act fast, avoid candidates already advanced with TA; relocation at candidate expense.
• No immediate Scrum Master or RTE openings.
• Role breakdown & teams to be shared in upcoming session.
