β’ 5+ years of data engineering experience designing and supporting scalable data solutions
β’ Strong proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python
β’ Experience with modern ETL/ELT frameworks, data pipeline design, and data modeling
β’ Experience with streaming and batch ingestion technologies such as Kafka and NiFi/Apache Flow-based tools
β’ Hands-on experience with AWS data services and performance-tuning practices

β’ Strong communication skills - able to explain deliverables, analyses, and issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Strong organizational skills; Able to set priorities, manage bandwidth, and drive ownership of assigned work
