Need Someone from having good expertise in HCM (Human Capital Management)
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The role demands deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, business process configuration, and integration strategy. Youβll work closely with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions that enhance workforce management and efficiency.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules.
1. Conduct fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and prepare functional documentation (BRDs, MD50s).
1. Configure HCM modules to meet customer-specific business processes and compliance requirements.
1. Collaborate with technical teams for integration using HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and BI Publisher.
JOB SCOPE:
The incumbent operates with minimal supervision, applying in-depth HCM domain knowledge and Oracle Cloud expertise to deliver innovative HR technology solutions. Work involves high complexity and cross-functional coordination, requiring strong judgment and decision-making skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in HR, Computer Science, or a related field.
β’ 8+ years of progressive experience in HCM systems, including at least 5 years on Oracle Fusion HCM.
β’ Hands-on experience in at least three Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Talent).
β’ Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
β’ Proven expertise in business process design, configuration, and validation.
β’ Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP Web Services.
β’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM is highly desirable.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Prior consulting or client-facing experience preferred.
