Company: Confidential (Leading Healthcare Organization) Location: Remote Job Type: Contract (through end of 2025, with likely extensions) Openings: 3 Start Date: ASAP – Urgent Need Key Responsibilities: β€’ Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses or data lakes. β€’ Integrate Generative AI models (e.g., Gemini, Copilot) into data systems, ensuring seamless automation and data flow. β€’ Optimize data architectures to support AI workflows and handle large, diverse datasets for optimal model performance. β€’ Identify and implement use cases for GenAI to streamline processes and enhance deliverables. β€’ Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. β€’ Document processes and workflows for knowledge sharing. β€’ Mentor junior data engineers to foster their technical growth. Must-Have Qualifications: β€’ 3+ years of experience writing SQL in database systems like BigQuery or Teradata. β€’ 1+ years of experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering, LLMs (preferably Gemini, Copilot), and related frameworks. β€’ 3+ years of hands-on experience building modern data pipelines in a major cloud platform (preferably GCP; AWS or Azure acceptable). β€’ 3+ years of experience with Python or comparable scripting languages in a data engineering context. β€’ 3+ years of experience with data orchestration and pipeline engineering tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark, Composer, DataProc). β€’ 3+ years of experience deploying to and managing CI/CD in cloud database platforms. β€’ Strong awareness of customer experience with a passion for automation and innovation. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience designing data engineering solutions in GCP, with knowledge of Gemini, Cloud Storage, Composer, or BigQuery. β€’ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices. β€’ Experience with agentic frameworks, RAG approaches, or vector databases. β€’ Knowledge of MLOps and AI model deployment. β€’ Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams. Interview Process: 1. Round 1: 30-minute coding exercise + 30-minute technical questions with team leads. 1. Round 2: Technical and behavioral questions with a senior team member (no coding).
