• 10+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark, PySpark
• Advanced SQL and Python
• Azure Data Factory (ADF) and ETL/ELT development
• Strong Snowflake experience
• Healthcare claims/clinical data and compliance knowledge
• SAP Supply Chain Management domain expertise
• CI/CD, GitHub, and deployment practices
• Databricks Workflows / Airflow
• ETL migration from DataStage to Azure
• Tableau / Power BI
• Agile / Jira
