We are seeking a Data Engineer to support high-impact initiatives within a dynamic and data-driven support organisation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in building scalable data pipelines and visualisations, and will work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to drive meaningful insights and improvements to the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines and architecture.
• Define and implement success metrics in collaboration with product and data science stakeholders.
• Build dashboards and tools that support experimentation and insights into customer support effectiveness.
• Support ad hoc data requests, including bug fixes and data pulls.
• Contribute to ongoing projects such as knowledge base performance analysis.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong experience with SQL and Python.
• Strong background in data modelling and data visualisation (e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy).
• Hands-on experience with data integration tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory, Airflow).£
• Proven ability to work independently while engaging with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in big tech, digital retail, or social media environments is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
• Familiarity with analytics and success measurement for digital products.
• Understanding of support tools and customer service metrics.
