Key Responsibilities
β’ Write and maintain complex SQL queries in Databricks, integrating multiple data sources to generate actionable insights.
β’ Maintain and update monthly pipeline data refreshes.
β’ Analyze healthcare datasets (claims, real-world evidence, patient-level data, product usage) to build robust datasets and support market intelligence.
β’ Apply data validation principles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
β’ Support leadership in developing KPIs and operational metrics.
β’ Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Excel, and Databricks BI tools.
β’ Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed.
β’ Collaborate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
β’ Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and stored procedures.
β’ Experience with database objects, file feeds, reporting, and ad hoc data analysis.
β’ Proficiency in data profiling, validation, and structured/semi-structured data pipelines.
β’ Strong knowledge of data models, schemas, and databases.
β’ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data retrieval, comparisons).
β’ Familiarity with healthcare datasets; experience with claims or patient-level data preferred.
β’ Strong communication skills with ability to translate findings into business insights.
β’ Ability to work independently, problem-solve with imperfect data, and collaborate across teams.
β’ Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing organization.
