Primary Skills: SQL (Expert), Python (Intermediate), Redshift (Intermediate), Athena (Intermediate), Hive (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 only Duration:  6 months with possibility of extension Location: Bellevue, WA () Pay Range: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour #LP Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our Flex Corporate team to support the last mile delivery system's analytics side. This role involves creating and managing data pipelines to move datasets into platforms for litigation and analysis purposes, and actively participating in the enhancement of our data repository. The successful candidate will be part of a tech-savvy, collaborative team working on large data stacks and volumes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and build out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity. • Implement processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes. • Collaborate closely with a team of data engineers and software test engineers to achieve project goals. • Work on moving data into a single repository and onboarding data sets as part of backend support. • Work within a tech-savvy but fun group environment to manage data for last-mile delivery platform. Must-Have Skills: • SQL proficiency with an ability to create complex queries. • Experience with scripting, preferably in Python. • Understanding of databases, preferably Redshift. Industry Experience: • Prior experience or knowledge in logistics or delivery systems is a plus but not strictly required. The role is pivotal for enhancing our delivery systems and requires a candidate with a combination of technical expertise, collaborative skills, and a deep understanding of data management tools and practices.
