Primary Skills: SQL (Advanced), Python (Intermediate), ETL optimization (Advanced), Informatica Workflow Design (Advanced), AWS Data Engineering (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6 months with possible extension Location: New York, NY () Pay Range: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour #LP Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to enhance and maintain our existing data pipelines, focusing on improving their reliability and efficiency. This role involves collaborating with various business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into robust, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at modernizing legacy systems and optimizing complex processes within an AWS environment. Key Responsibilities: • Optimize and redesign existing Informatica data pipelines for improved performance and reliability. • Develop and implement new data pipelines and BI solutions leveraging AWS services. • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. • Partner with the Science team to build data foundations for AI initiatives. • Enhance the team's operational health through monitoring and automation. • Proficiency in Informatica workflow design and implementation. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in Informatica workflow design and implementation. • Experience with AWS data engineering services. • Strong understanding of ETL processes and optimization.
