We are looking for a talented Data Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in ad data platform engineering, specializing in SQL/Presto query optimization, data pipeline development, revenue metrics analysis, and data quality management. Play a key role in delivering innovative data solutions that drive strategic growth and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and maintain ACDP (Ads Common Data Platform) data pipelines and warehouse tables.
β’ Support revenue metrics reporting and opportunity score calculations, and help with onboarding new advertiser guidance data to ACDP.
β’ Perform and implement data quality checks and troubleshoot pipeline issues.
β’ Assist with ACDP privacy compliance and data asset (table/pipeline/dashboard) TIER0 certification processes.
β’ Provide technical guidance on data source selection and query optimization.
Required Skills
β’ SQL/Presto Expertise: Advanced proficiency in crafting complex SQL queries, with deep experience using Presto for large-scale data analysis and pipeline development.
β’ Data Pipeline Authoring: Proven track record in designing and building scalable, high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and orchestrating workflows with
β’ modern tools.
β’ KPI & Revenue Metrics Reporting / Visualization: Strong industry knowledge in revenue reporting and business intelligence KPI development, including metric design, analysis, and reporting.
β’ Data Quality & Troubleshooting: Exceptional analytical skills for detecting data discrepancies, performing root cause analysis, and implementing robust data validation processes.
β’ Ads Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of advertising data models, campaign structures, and reporting requirements within the advertising industry.
β’ Excellent communication skills.
Additional Qualifications
β’ Experience with Hive tables and data warehouse optimization.
β’ Knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements.
β’ Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics teams.
β’ Strong communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder support.
