Data Engineer (Informatica IDMC + Snowflake + Azure)

Overview We are hiring a hands-on Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and data platforms. This role focuses on development and delivery, not support or oversight. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Design and build end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT) • Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources (APIs, DBs, external systems) • Work with Informatica IDMC, Snowflake, and Azure stack • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance • Optimize pipelines for performance and scalability • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and architects • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data workflows 🔹 Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years in Data Engineering • Strong hands-on experience with: • Informatica IDMC (DIH, CDGC, MDM, Data Quality) • Snowflake • Microsoft stack: Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, SQL Server • Strong in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data warehousing • Experience building scalable data pipelines • Programming: Python, SQL (must), C# or Java (nice) • Experience in data governance, MDM, and data quality 🔹 Nice to Have • Certifications (Azure / Informatica / Snowflake) • Experience in consulting or professional services • Client-facing experience • Managed services environment experience 🔹 Soft Skills • Strong communication (technical + non-technical) • Problem-solving and critical thinking • Ability to work across time zones • Proactive and ownership mindset 🔹 Interview Process • 30 min – Technical (Manager) • 30 min – Team Interview • 30 min – Director Round
