Role description
Role: Data Engineer – 5 Roles
Skills Required: Strong Data Engineering skills, along with Java and Kafka experience
Project Duration: Short-term (2 months initially, may get extended)
Interview Process:
• 1 Altimetrik interview (30 minutes)
• 1 Client interview (30 minutes)
• Strong understanding of ETL process. Knowledge of an ETL vendor is a plus.
• Understanding of data first mindset - good knowledge of databases.
• Strong coding skills - Java/Python. Either is fine, we can work with it.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript - around data manipulation, expression libraries and JS syntax
• Very strong documentation skills - we are a platform team starting new so everything must be documented in a clear way
• Self starter and must work in an agile environment.
