Job Details β€’ Data Analyst 3 (Contract) β€’ Location: Remote β€’ Duration: 9/29/2025 to 3/27/2026 β€’ Team: Digital Media Finance About the Role: β€’ We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Science Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven solutions that empower our organization to make informed decisions. If you are passionate about working with data, solving complex problems, and collaborating across teams, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, provide insights, and translate requirements into technical solutions. β€’ Analyze business and financial data to provide actionable recommendations for automation and process improvements. β€’ Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights. β€’ Support metrics development for key outcomes like customer retention, propensity to convert, and churn prediction. β€’ Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and workflows to support analytical and operational needs. β€’ Develop and maintain sophisticated quantitative models to improve decision-making by analyzing historical data and conducting scenario analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: β€’ 5 - 7 Years of Experience. β€’ Proficiency in SQL and Programming Languages: Strong experience with SQL for querying and managing data, and expertise in Python or similar programming languages for data analysis and modeling. β€’ Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems methodically, analyze data critically, and deliver actionable insights. β€’ Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent for creating compelling and informative visualizations. β€’ Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. β€’ Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. β€’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies and metrics is a plus. β€’ Strong understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimentation design.
