What you'll do: Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others. Supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer, business needs and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Create software design and architecture for next software solution. This will be your channel to communicate your ideas with rest of the team. Not just one but evaluate multiple solutions Analyze competing requirements, articulate tradeoffs, and lead discussions with the business and development team, leading whiteboard sessions with the team. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs. Developing and communicating business plans and priorities removes barriers and obstacles impacting performance. Demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Creates training documentation. Oversees the tasks of less experienced programmers and stipulates system troubleshooting support.
