Title: Dynamics Data Engineer Location: Onsite || Cincinnati, OH Duration: 6 Months Contract-TO-hire Role Overview β€’ Our client is seeking a CRM-focused Data Engineer to take ownership of data quality and integrity across the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. β€’ This position will play a critical role in resolving ongoing discrepancies between the organization’s Customer Data Hub (Google-based) and Dynamics, ensuring accurate, reliable, and trusted CRM data across the enterprise. This is a highly visible role with broad organizational impact. Primary Responsibilities β€’ Serve as the central point of accountability for Dynamics CRM data health and consistency β€’ Investigate and remediate recurring data mismatches between CRM and Google-based CDH environments β€’ Perform deep-dive root cause analysis across interconnected systems β€’ Troubleshoot and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines supporting CRM integrations β€’ Identify and resolve master data management (MDM) and duplicate record challenges β€’ Strengthen integration reliability between CRM and downstream/upstream platforms Required Qualifications β€’ 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or CRM Data Operations roles β€’ Advanced SQL skills with the ability to independently query, analyze, and diagnose complex data issues β€’ Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics data schema and underlying data structures β€’ Hands-on experience debugging data pipelines and system integrations β€’ Proven experience improving data quality in multi-system enterprise environments Preferred Background β€’ Exposure to Revenue Operations (RevOps) processes β€’ Experience working within Google Cloud Platform and/or BigQuery β€’ Familiarity with data governance standards and frameworks
