Job Title: Data Engineer/Architect Location: Charlotte, NC Work Arrangement: Hybrid Client Industry: Banking and Finance Duration: 12 -18 Months Contract About The Role We are hiring a Data Engineer/Architect to join our client on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the most innovative Banking and Financial companies in the U.S. Key Responsibilities • 7+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering and ETL development • 3+ years in a large enterprise environment • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools • SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi • Experience with cloud data platforms Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse • Experience with analytical tools Tableau, Power BI • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling • Strong understanding of data governance and security practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically. • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing long-running batch jobs • Proficiency in optimizing performance with large datasets. Compensation Hourly Rate: $65 $68 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
