Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions that support business strategy and decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end data projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights and improve data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable data management and storage solutions.
• Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines and high-performance data processing algorithms.
• Collaborate across teams to identify data-driven process improvements.
• Develop interactive dashboards and data visualizations that communicate key trends and insights clearly.
• Own and deliver projects independently from conception through to execution.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of ETL principles and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in data modeling, dashboarding, and data storytelling.
• Proven experience in building scalable data solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or STEM-related field (Master’s a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or related disciplines.
