Job Title: Data Engineer Location: 100% Remote Type: 1 year contract, open to extension We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Backend Data Resources to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in SQL and a strong interest in building scalable, efficient, and robust data pipelines. Looking for knowledge/experience with Databricks or Azure Data Factory. Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes. • Develop and optimize SQL queries to support data integration and reporting needs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions. • Monitor and improve data pipeline performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. • Contribute to documentation of workflows, best practices, and technical processes. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Strong SQL experience, writing complex queries for analyzing and managing data. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Knowledge/Experience with Databricks or Azure Data Factory
