Role: Salesforce CPQ Data Engineer Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in data warehousing, data integration, and orchestration, particularly using Data Vault methodologies. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience integrating with Salesforce CPQ and be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Key Responsibilities: Integrate and manage data flows between Salesforce CPQ and downstream systems. Engage with customers and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Design and implement scalable data models using Data Vault architecture. Define and manage business keys, hubs, links, and satellites, with clear understanding of dimensions and facts. Perform impact analysis and manage schema changes (addition, deletion, and modification) within the Data Vault. Identify and resolve circular dependencies in the Data Vault model. Optimize performance of complex queries and data processing pipelines. Build, schedule, and monitor workflows using Apache Airflow for data orchestration and pipeline management. Required Skills: Proven experience integrating with Salesforce CPQ Strong understanding and hands-on expertise in Data Vault 2.0 architecture Solid knowledge of dimensions, facts, and attribute modeling Experience managing schema changes in a dynamic data warehouse environment Proficiency in SQL and performance tuning Experience in using Apache Airflow for pipeline orchestration Strong problem-solving skills, especially related to circular dependency resolution Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with customers/stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with modern data tools and frameworks Job Type: Contract Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: Remote
