Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled developer with experience in ReactJS who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code. The role involves setting expectations and prioritizing features throughout the development lifecycle.
Technical Skill Set:
Experience developing scripts in Snowflake, Unix, Python, etc., to perform Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT) operations and build OLAP queries.
Practical knowledge of Snowflake tools such as SnowPipe, SnowPython, SnowSQL, Tasks, Streams, Time Travel, Optimizer, Metadata Manager, data sharing, and stored procedures.
Strong exposure to any Cloud Data Ecosystem – Azure, AWS, or GCP – with working familiarity of any ETL tool.
Must-Have Skills:
Expertise in using Snowflake SQL to construct sophisticated stored procedures, applying best practices in data warehousing and ETL concepts. Demonstrated mastery of Snowflake data modeling and ELT.
Develop and maintain data architecture and data models.
Create standardized procedures for data flows and perform efficient data integration with Snowflake and third-party tools.
Collaborate with data scientists, BI developers, and analysts to create custom data models and integrations within Snowflake.
Write, tune, test, and analyze SQL queries to ensure optimal performance.
Hands-on experience developing Snowflake scripts using Unix and Python, and working with Snowflake utilities.
Gather and analyze system requirements for data-related projects.
Other Skills and Qualifications:
5-6 years of relevant experience in software development.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
Ability to analyze user requirements and envision system features and functionalities.
In-depth knowledge of design issues and software development best practices.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns and software development processes.
Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
