Job Title: Data Engineer (Snowflake, SQL, Epic Systems) Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL Type: Contract Duration: 6+ months (potential for extension) Start Date: ASAP Project Overview: We are currently building out our Net Revenue Reporting Infrastructure, blending financial and revenue cycle data to enable both reactive and proactive reporting. Our goal is to create transparency and traceability across financial statements for revenue activity, including payment tracking and financial data flow. To support this, we are seeking a mid-level Data Engineer with strong skills in Snowflake, SQL, and experience working with Epic Systems (Clarity/Caboodle). This role requires someone who can work independently and collaborate closely with an entry-level analyst to accelerate development. Key Responsibilities: • Build and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure in Snowflake • Perform complex SQL queries across healthcare financial and revenue cycle data • Navigate and work with Epic Systems tables (Clarity, Caboodle) • Partner with internal stakeholders and analysts to ensure data accuracy and usability • Contribute to designing scalable data solutions for financial and operational reporting • Collaborate with and mentor junior analysts to enhance project velocity Required Qualifications: • 3–6 years of Data Engineering experience • Strong hands-on expertise with Snowflake • Advanced SQL querying capabilities • Experience with Epic Clarity and/or Caboodle table structures • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of data infrastructure and data modeling principles Nice to Have: • Experience with Qlik, QlikView, or Qlik Sense • Healthcare industry or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data experience
