Data Engineer – W2 Only

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite) Industry: Banking We are currently seeking 2 experienced Data Engineers for a banking sector client based in Tampa, FL. This is a W2-only position and requires strong hands-on expertise in modern data engineering and integration technologies. Key Requirements: • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Proficiency in Java Full Stack development • Experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management) • Strong knowledge of ADFS / SSO (Single Sign-On) integration • Experience in Service Integration / API-based architecture • Strong background in enterprise-scale data solutions within banking or financial services is preferred Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions on GCP • Build and integrate secure authentication and authorization systems using IAM and SSO frameworks • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable seamless service integrations • Develop robust Java-based backend services supporting data pipelines and applications • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of data systems in a regulated banking environment Employment Type: • W2 Only (No C2C / No Sponsorship options) If you are interested or know someone who fits this profile, please reach out or apply directly. or Sent CV to samk@everesttechnologyinc.com
