Duration - 3 months (with possibility of extension) We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the Central Integrity & Support organization, supporting the High Touch Support space. This role is crucial in enhancing user experience and improving customer satisfaction through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, data architectures, and end-to-end data solutions that empower the organization to make informed decisions and drive business impact. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain robust data pipelines and architectures to support analytics and reporting needs. • Develop success metrics for various support teams, including defining and implementing the right data models. • Collaborate with Data Scientists to define metrics, with Product Managers to understand business goals, and with Engineers to ensure accurate data logging and tracking. • Design and build dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau and MicroStrategy. • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot data issues and improve data quality. • Work independently to support ongoing projects such as Knowledge Management Optimization – evaluating the effectiveness of internal support search tools and identifying key performance gaps. • Handle ad hoc requests, including bug fixes, data pulls, and quick-turnaround analyses. • Leverage Azure Data Factory, Airflow, or similar tools for data integration and workflow orchestration. Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering. • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Data Modeling. • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and MicroStrategy. • Hands-on experience with integration tools like Azure Data Factory, Airflow, etc. • Familiarity with analyzing large data sets to extract actionable insights.
