Data Engineer – Xbox Platform

Our client, a leading player in the gaming industry, is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team. As a Data Engineer, you will be part of the data team supporting the Xbox platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Engineer – Xbox Platform Location: Redmond, WA - Remote willing to work PST Pay Range: $33.89 - $37.32 on Experis W2 What's the Job? • Contribute to data processing requests and break them down into individual tasks. • Collaborate with product and services data across Xbox and other departments. • Utilize Azure Data Factory and ADLS for data management and processing. • Engage in heads-down work focused on data visualization and analysis. • Present timelines and provide tasks to the team effectively. What's Needed? • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field. • Experience with Azure Data Factory is considered a "nice to have" but not a strict requirement; general data engineering skills within the Microsoft tech stack are expected • Minimum 3+ years of experience with SQL and data processing. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in data visualization. • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Kusto Query Language (KQL). • Experience with Azure Data Factory is a plus but not mandatory.
