Role description
We’re hiring a hands-on Data Engineer to build scalable data platforms across key corporate functions including Finance, Compliance, Facilities, RESO, and HCG. This is a longterm contract role, onsite in Manhattan.
What You’ll Do
• Design and optimize data pipelines using Azure + Databricks
• Build ETL/ELT workflows for structured and unstructured data
• Integrate platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and Dataverse
• Develop data models for analytics and reporting
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance
• Partner with business and tech teams to deliver enterprise solutions
What You’ll Need
• Strong Azure Data Engineering experience
• Hands-on Databricks / Spark expertise
• Advanced SQL skills
• Python, Scala, C#, or PowerShell experience
• Azure Data Factory or similar pipeline tools
• Experience with APIs, Azure Functions, and enterprise integrations
• 5+ years in data engineering
Nice to Have
Delta Lake, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, governance tools, certifications
