Are you a Data Engineer who enjoys building reliable, scalable data pipelines that power business-critical reporting and analytics?
We're recruiting for an experienced Data Engineer to join a growing data function, helping deliver trusted, high-quality data products across a large enterprise environment. Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you'll design, build and maintain data pipelines while ensuring solutions are secure, well-governed and built to modern engineering standards.
What you'll be doing:
• Design, develop and maintain robust data pipelines and data products.
• Build scalable solutions that move data from source systems into reporting and analytics platforms.
• Deliver high-quality engineering solutions using modern CI/CD practices.
• Monitor pipeline health, investigate incidents and resolve production issues.
• Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Owners and technical teams to deliver trusted data solutions.
• Apply engineering standards, governance and quality controls throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Contribute to automation, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for:
• Commercial experience delivering enterprise data engineering solutions.
• Strong SQL and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle or Snowflake.
• Experience building integrations, APIs or data pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with scripting using SQL, Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control and deployment tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a passion for engineering quality and operational excellence.
