First Interview: Screening round
Second Interview: 1-hour Technical Interview
Third Interview: In person culture fit/soft skills screening
Description: We’re hiring a Data Engineer to join our Strategic Analytics team—a collaborative group that empowers departments like Marketing, Finance, and Underwriting with actionable insights and scalable data solutions. 3–5 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and Azure technologies.
Proven ability to work across on-prem and cloud environments.
Solid understanding of ETL pipelines, dimensional modeling, and data governance.
Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills
Experience with Databricks is a major plus.
Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala.
Exposure to machine learning, AI, or big data concepts.
Cloud certifications (Azure preferred).
