Data Engineering Lead

This is a full time direct hire - NO C2C in any form No Sponsorship Available Onsite 5 days role Salary Range $130,000 - $140,000 Data Engineering Manager The Data Engineering Manager leads a team of Data Architects and Data Engineers while owning the data warehouse strategy and engineering roadmap. This role drives automation, scalability, and operational excellence across the data ecosystem and plays a key part in data strategy, intake prioritization, and enterprise alignment. Key Responsibilities • Set technical strategy for data engineering, architecture, pipelines, and automation • Provide guidance across Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, and Alteryx • Own and evolve the Snowflake data warehouse and engineering standards • Partner with Analytics, IT, and Operations to eliminate data silos • Lead project scoping, prioritization, and resource planning for a team of ~6 • Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and strong governance • Manage hiring, coaching, performance, and career development for the team Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 7+ years in data engineering; 3+ years in leadership • Strong expertise with Snowflake, DBT, Azure Data Factory, and SQL • Proven ability to design scalable, enterprise?grade data solutions • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Fully on?site role Preferred Qualifications • Hands?on data engineering background • Experience with large?scale transformations • Familiarity with UiPath, Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce • Experience in regulated or enterprise environments #GreenBay #onsite #TECH
