Role description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Expert (12-month FTC) to join our Marketing Technology team, based in A&O Shearman's Belfast office.
Marketing Technology team - Belfast
The digital and marketing technology team implements and manages the firm's integrated marketing information systems and digital marketing communications channels. The digital channels include our public and client websites, email marketing system, content libraries, and blogs. The team is also responsible for the technologies that support core business development and marketing processes, including experience collection, contact management, pitching and opportunity management, CV management, event management, client segmentation and marketing analytics. These broad areas of activity support each other and overlap, helping to provide a 360° view of our interactions with a client.
The team is part of the global marketing, business development and communications group.
What you will do
The Dynamics CRM Data Executive is responsible for company hierarchy restructuring in Dynamics CRM (marketing platform) and the mapping of companies to clients in 3e (finance platform).
Key Relationships;
• Global Head of Marketing Technology
• Senior Marketing Technology Manager
• Marketing Technology Manager
• Data Manager
Responsibilities;
• Match 3e (finance platform) Related Clients (RCs) to applicable companies in Dynamics CRM (marketing platform)
• Analyze company hierarchies using S&P and CoPilot
• Structure/restructure company hierarchies in Dynamics CRM - this includes associating parent companies with companies, merging companies, relabeling companies
• Collaborate with the Data Governance team to make RCs available in the data lake
• Collaborate with the Dynamics Development team to make RCs available in Dynamics CRM
• Assign RCs to the applicable Dynamics CRM companies
• Collaborate with the Data Governance team to effect 3e RC changes as required
What you will have
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with CRM databases - Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferable
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
