Data Focused Business Analyst

Pay: $47-52/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance. Hybrid role, onsite work expected 3x/week in NYC offices. W2 Candidates only, C2C/1099 not possible. Description • The successful candidate will have the ability to drive common understanding between business and technology stakeholders as we move through design, solutioning, testing and hypercare. • Task include: Project management support and documentation, Create design and Maintain Excel documents, Perform Data mapping, Perform Data validation, Business Analyst testing (Data Quality Assurance) Requirements • Master Data Acumen (taxonomy, data modeling, data governance, data literacy tools) • Data profiling skills: Advanced Excel • Requirements gathering skillset • Strong Communication skills (written & verbal) Nice to have • PBI Development and Integration skills • Change Management Experience • Beauty/Consumer Goods industry experience Who We Are: The Fountain Group is a nationwide staffing firm with over 80 Fortune 100-500 clients.
