Implement and manage governance of workflows, stewardship tasks, and approval processes.
Configure and maintain data lineage, ensuring visibility into upstream and downstream dependencies.

Deliver training, documentation, and best practices to support consistent data governance operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
3–7 years of experience in Data Governance, Metadata Management, or Data Quality.
Hands-on experience with either:
Collibra (Data Catalog, Governance Center, Workflow/BPMN, APIs), or
Informatica IDMC (Axon, EDC, DQ, CLAIRE AI).
Deep understanding of data cataloging, metadata curation, lineage, and stewardship frameworks.
Experience designing and implementing data quality rules and metrics.
Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate data governance concepts into business terms.
Experience integrating governance tools with databases, ETL platforms, or cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Informatica IICS, Collibra Connect, or other integration tools.
Experience with SQL, data modeling, and cloud-based data ecosystems.
Background in a regulated industry (healthcare, pharma, finance, or similar).
