Data Governance Analyst

We are seeking a Data Privacy Analyst to join our Data Governance team. In this role, you will support the team in managing both internal and external data products, ensuring effective usage, and helping drive improvements across our data assets. You’ll also play a key role in educating business users on data availability, usage best practices, and governance standards. Responsibilities: • Perform data analysis to guide governance initiatives and strategic decisions. • Develop and maintain documentation for governance processes, workflows, and standards. • Create and update onboarding and training materials for data governance enablement. • Deliver engaging training sessions on governance tools, practices, and principles to cross-functional teams. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistency in documentation and training. • Recommend and implement improvements to governance documentation and training programs. Required Skills: • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently. • Hands-on experience with OneTrust, Collibra, Databricks, and Power BI. • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and tools. • Proven experience in designing training content and conducting workshops. • Exposure to pharmaceutical or healthcare data environments is an advantage. Education & Experience: • Associate’s degree in Computer Programming or equivalent training required.
