Data Governance Analyst

Data Governance Analyst £600 pd via Umbrella Initially for 6 months Wiltshire/ Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office Leading Financial Services business is looking to bring in a business facing Data Governance Analyst to help embed effective governance and control across the Data Domains. You will work closely with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and SMEs to enhance ownership, stewardship, metadata, and lineage practices. Key Responsibilities • Support and embed the Data Ownership and Stewardship model • Define and gain approval for Business Glossary terms • Capture and maintain technical metadata • Document and map end-to-end data lineage • Ensure governance standards are clearly understood and consistently applied About You • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Experience in data governance or data management • Ideally from financial services or a large regulated organisation • Confident working with senior business stakeholders • Experience with metadata, business glossary, and data lineage Snowflake Horizon experience desirable #datagovernance #datamanagement #snowflakehorizon #metadata #datalineage #businessglossary Reasonable Adjustments: Respect and equality are core values to us.
