Role description
We are seeking a Senior Privacy & Data Governance Manager to lead enterprise-wide privacy and data governance initiatives within a regulated banking/financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Privacy & Data Governance policies, standards, and frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with GLBA, CPRA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Embed Privacy-by-Design and Data Governance-by-Design principles across business processes and technology solutions.
• Create governance roadmaps, metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Business, and Technology teams to drive governance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of Privacy and/or Data Governance experience.
• Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with GLBA, CPRA/CCPA, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Experience developing privacy policies, governance standards, and enterprise frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience implementing Data Governance programs and roadmaps.
• Knowledge of governance tools such as OneTrust, Collibra, or Informatica.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve governance and compliance processes.
