Responsibilities • Implement and manage data governance platforms to enhance data accessibility and reliability. • Create and maintain business glossaries and taxonomies for clarity in data usage. • Coordinate automated metadata ingestion and ensure data lineage accuracy. • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to encourage governance practice adoption. • Collaborate with data quality teams to improve data integrity and resolve issues through governed workflows. • Utilize APIs and scripting to automate data enrichment tasks and integrate governance with other systems. Skills • 3 to 5 years of experience in data governance, analytics enablement, or data operations. • Proficiency with data governance platforms such as Atlan, Collibra, or Alation. • Strong grasp of modern data architecture, including cloud data warehouses and BI tools. • Effective communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills • Experience with data tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau. • Understanding of data quality and regulatory standards. • Familiarity with programming languages like SQL or Python for automation purposes. • Knowledge of enterprise data governance frameworks.
