Job Description Responsible for implementing and maintaining Informatica Data Governance solutions including metadata management, data quality rules, lineage, and stewardship workflows while partnering with data stewards, analysts, and business teams to define and enforce governance standards. Develops automated data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes and integrates Snowflake with Informatica and other Cloud platforms. Monitors data quality, performance, and reliability across pipelines, contributes to architectural decisions and best-practice documentation, and resolves data issues to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security. Provides technical guidance and recommendations related to report development. Essential Job Duties Strong experience with Informatica Data Governance tools (e.g., Axon, EDC, IDQ). Expert of data cataloging and enterprise data governance frameworks. Background in building scalable and distributed data systems. Expert of data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage. Experience with API integrations and workflow automation. Hands-on experience with Snowflake (SQL, Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, ELT). Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and modern DevOps practices. Define data transformation rules, metadata, and data lineage documentation. Ensure reporting and extract requirements align with enterprise data governance standards. Troubleshoot defects and work with technical teams to resolve issues. Candidate Skills And Qualifications 5+ years Strong experience with Informatica Data Governance tools (e.g., Axon, EDC, IDQ). 2+ years Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS). 5+ years Experience with API integrations and workflow automation. 5+ years Skill with Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint. 3+ years Understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar). 3+ years Expert of data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage. 5+ years Knowledge of enterprise information management processes and methodologies, relational database management systems, and metadata management. 2+ years Experience in working in fast-paced and ever-changing environments; achieving project's deliverables and deadlines; exercising sound judgment in making critical decisions; analyzing complex information and developing plans to address identified issues. 2 years Skill in interpersonal relationships, including the ability to work with people under pressure, negotiate among multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of personnel. Preferred 2+ years Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations (PII) relevant to data management and data governance. 2+ years Experience in data focused projects, like moving from Legacy to newer systems. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in data processing, computer science, business administration, or a related field. #DICE
