Job Title: Data Governance lead
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 12 months contract
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or healthcare data roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards(HL7 FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC) and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH,CMS).
• Hands-on experience with data governance tools(Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or similar).
• Strong SQL skills and comfort navigating complex healthcare data environments (EHR, claims, ADT, lab systems).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
