Data Governance Lead

Responsibilities • Oversee procurement governance by establishing and enforcing vendor engagement policies. • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and analyze procurement data for vendor consolidation opportunities. • Develop and implement data governance frameworks, collaborating with teams to align standards. • Manage supplier master data to maintain consistency and reliability across systems. • Lead data cleansing initiatives to improve data quality and automate processes. • Define and enforce new data rules, training stakeholders on updated policies. Skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in data governance, finance operations, or procurement data management. • Proficiency in ERP systems and data management tools, such as Oracle. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience with automation tools for data validation and cleansing. • Understanding of data architecture, databases, and storage solutions. Preferred Skills • Certification in Data Governance or Data Management. • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting financial data.
