Data Governance Lead 6+ Month(s) Contract Remote role Primary Skills: Data Governance, HIPAA Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred). • 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or healthcare data roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. • Deep familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC) and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS). • Hands-on experience with data governance tools (Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or similar). • Strong SQL skills and comfort navigating complex healthcare data environments (EHR, claims, ADT, lab systems). • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills: • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar certification. • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in a healthcare context. • Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK framework. • Experience supporting Value-Based Care or Population Health program Thank You Kanishk Pratap kanishk.pratap@deltassi.com
