Job Description: Data Governance & Data Quality Analyst (Regulatory Reporting)
Location – CT and NJ
Role Summary:
Support regulatory reporting by implementing data governance, lineage, and data quality controls aligned with BCBS 239 principles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain metadata catalog for LD1 (Legal Day 1) in-scope regulatory reports
• Document end-to-end system and business data lineage for reporting datasets
• Gather and author business requirements for Data Quality (DQ) controls
• Design, develop, and implement DQ rules based on defined requirements
• Monitor DQ issues, perform triage, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA)
• Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and traceability
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Data Governance, Data Lineage, and Data Quality frameworks
• Exposure to regulatory reporting / risk data in banking domain
• Experience with metadata management tools (e.g., Collibra preferred)
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
