Role description
Hiring: Sr Data Engineer – Enterprise Data Management
Location: Remote (New York based role)
Duration: 6–9 Months
Looking for a Sr Data Engineer with strong experience in Enterprise Data Management and Security Master platforms within financial services or asset management environments.
Key Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in financial services data engineering or MDM
• Hands-on experience with MarkitEDM or similar EDM platforms
• Strong SQL, ETL, and data modeling skills
• Experience working with security reference data across asset classes
• Knowledge of vendor data integrations such as Bloomberg, ICE, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot production data issues and support data quality initiatives
Preferred:
• MarkitEDM experience
• Exposure to Snowflake, AWS/Azure, Airflow, or dbt
Looking for someone who can work independently and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment.
