12 Month Contract (Possible extension)
Location: Hybrid (Client located in Pleasanton, CA)
Work Shift: Monday through Friday (8:00AM β 5:00PM PST)
β’ Must be able to work on W-2 basis
β’ Must be able to work PST hours

Data Governance Specialist β Customer (Contract) Role Overview Looking for a Data Governance Specialist to support customer data quality, governance, and compliance in a retail environment.
β’ Improve and maintain customer data quality (accuracy, completeness, consistency) Apply and enforce data governance policies, standards, and rules Maintain data catalog, metadata, and data lineage
β’ Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
β’ Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams
Required Skills
β’ Experience in data governance and data quality
β’ Strong understanding of customer data in retail environments
β’ Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (including C-suite) Knowledge of data privacy, PII, and compliance requirements
