Job Description:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data governance, data engineering, or data architecture roles.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, including working with Delta Lake tables, notebooks, and Spark SQL.
• Strong expertise in data mapping and transformation within modern data platforms.
• Deep understanding of metadata management, data lineage, and governance tools (e.g., Unity Catalog, Collibra, Alation, Apache Atlas).
• Familiarity with retail data domains (e.g.,POS, customer data, supply chain) is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data wrangling and profiling tool
Data Quality Lead

• Understanding of cloud-based as well as on-prem applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with data observability platforms and data testing frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL and scripting languages like Python.
• Must feel comfortable with defining and planning work for development teams.
• Previous experience with Azure/GCP/AWS is plus.
• Experience with Confluent Kafka is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data governance and observability tools like MonteCarlo, Alation, Profisee is preferred.
• The ideal candidate takes initiative in scoping out work for the development team, is organized, able to present/communicate in front of large groups, and able to collaborate cross functionally
• Retail/CPG domain knowledge is a plus.
