Job Description: We are seeking a senior Data Governance & Data Quality Lead to build and scale an enterprise data governance program from the ground up using Collibra. This role will own the governance strategy, operating model, and platform implementation, while partnering with business, IT, data engineering, and analytics, legal, and compliance teams. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement enterprise data governance strategy, roadmap, and operating model. Lead full Collibra implementation from scratch (Dev/Test/Prod, domains, taxonomy, and workflows). Configure Business Glossary, Data Catalog, Data Dictionary, and metadata management. Establish data ownership, stewardship, and governance councils. Integrate Collibra with data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure), BI tools, and ETL tools. Drive data quality governance, CDEs, issue management, and remediation tracking. Implement data classification, privacy, and compliance metadata. Track governance KPIs and report progress to senior leadership. Required Qualifications: 12+ years in data management, data governance, or analytics leadership. 6+ year’s hands-on experience implementing Collibra at enterprise scale. Proven experience building data governance programs from the ground up. Strong knowledge of metadata management, stewardship models, and workflow automation.
