We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and Insight Manager to join our Analytics and Data team. The successful candidate will lead a team dedicated to providing reporting, data analysis, and generating insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires a robust analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse departments.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Data & Insight team by offering strategic guidance to ensure effective intake, prioritization, and timely execution of all reporting and development tasks.
• Create and sustain comprehensive reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI to effectively visualize data insights for stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed reports, dashboards, and analysis on critical business metrics and challenges.
• Convert complex analytics tasks into easily digestible outputs to facilitate data-driven decision-making among various stakeholders.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of conveying intricate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business partners to thoroughly understand business needs, gather requirements, and propose reporting solutions that support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with program/project teams to deliver reporting solutions for projects and contract deployments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Skills
• Over 3 years of experience in a managerial position in a business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with an emphasis on coaching, team development and collaboration
• Demonstrated expertise in developing Business Intelligence initiatives and proficiently managing data teams to achieve strategic objectives
• Outstanding problem-solving skills complemented by a data-driven approach
• Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while effectively managing multiple priorities
• Strong passion for data and a dedication to enhancing business outcomes through data-driven strategies
• Excellent data visualization and report design skills
• The ability to present analysis to stakeholders using clear storytelling and visualisation techniques
Technical Skills
• Extensive experience in creating reports using Power BI and proficiency in utilising DAX
• Strong proficiency in SQL is essential
• Knowledge of Synapse, Azure, Dynamics 365, Snowflake, Databricks
• Knowledge of data integration tools and ETL processes
