Senior Data & Insight Reporting Analyst
Location: Hybrid β Onsite 3 days/week (Tri-State Area: PA, NJ, DE)

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data & Insight Reporting Analyst to join our Operations team, supporting Customer Service, Client Setup, Billing, and Member Information functions. This senior-level role is ideal for an analytical professional who excels at unifying complex datasets, developing dynamic dashboards, and turning data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong business acumen, helping modernize reporting infrastructure and drive smarter, data-backed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Perform advanced SQL data analysis , integrating and unifying data from multiple systems into centralized repositories.
β’ Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau , Power BI , Google BigQuery , and related tools.
β’ Build and manage sandbox tables , support backend data structures, and maintain data integrity across systems.
β’ Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate operational needs into data-driven solutions.
β’ Work with data pulled from various applications, including Salesforce , CMS , and internal systems.
β’ Use Power Automate , PowerShell , and Python for process automation and advanced analytics.
β’ Partner with internal IT and business teams to enhance data connectivity and streamline reporting workflows.
β’ Identify and implement process improvements, improving data accessibility, consistency, and accuracy.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for colleagues with less technical experience.
Preferred Background & Skills
β’ Bachelorβs degree required (Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field).
β’ 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis , reporting , or business intelligence roles.
β’ Advanced SQL proficiency required, with proven experience working across multiple data sources.
β’ Strong experience with Tableau (Prep Builder preferred) and familiarity with Power BI and Google BigQuery .
β’ Experience with Python , Power Automate , and PowerShell for backend or automation tasks.
β’ Proven success in developing dashboards and reporting frameworks that drive business decision-making.
β’ Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical business stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
β’ Background in healthcare or other legacy industries modernizing data systems is helpful, though not required.
β’ Strong attention to detail, self-directed, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
