You’ll collaborate with engineering teams to improve efficiency and code quality, develop dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Partner with teams to improve engineering efficiency and quality • Build dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI • Write and integrate Python, SQL, and Java to connect data sources • Analyze data to find patterns and improvement opportunities • Work with leaders to develop data-driven action plans • Help teams understand their story through ongoing metrics • Promote a culture of engineering excellence with insights This is a 6-month contract role based in St. Louis, MO, with hybrid flexibility (2 days/week remote) and the possibility of extension.
