Data Labeling Analyst II
Contract | Seattle, WA | On-Site | $27/hr | 6 Months (likely extension)
The Opportunity
We're looking for a sharp, analytically-minded Data Labeling Analyst II to join our team in Seattle. In this role, you'll leverage your technical skills and investigative instincts to train AI models focused on fraud detection and content moderation across Meta platforms. You'll work at the intersection of data analysis, AI/ML, and trust & safety β connecting complex patterns across large datasets to protect users and platform integrity.
This is ideal for someone who can "connect dots that are far apart" β absorbing large volumes of data, identifying hidden patterns, and translating findings into actionable quality improvements.
What You'll Do
β’ AI Model Training & Prompting β Develop and refine prompts to train cutting-edge AI models for fraud and content moderation
β’ Fraud & Abuse Investigation β Analyze patterns related to financial scams, compromised accounts, and ad platform misuse on Meta
β’ Quality Assurance β Review and evaluate moderation decisions for accuracy, consistency, and policy adherence
β’ Golden Set Creation β Build and maintain benchmark datasets to calibrate vendor and model performance
β’ Data Analysis β Use SQL/Python to query, analyze, and interpret data trends that inform QA strategies
β’ Vendor Calibration β Partner with vendor sites to deliver feedback and implement performance improvement plans
β’ Process Improvement β Identify opportunities to enhance detection workflows, tooling, and moderation processes
β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration β Work with operations, policy, and leadership teams on quality and fraud prevention initiatives
This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to Meta.
The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $21/hour - $24/hour.
Tundraβs benefits offering includes optional medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, up to 15 Days PTO per annum and a New Child Benefit.
