Job Title: Data Lead
Location: Racine, WI (3 days onsite)
Mandatory Areas
Must Have Skills – Data Lead
Skill 1 – 10 + Years of exp in Databricks
Skill 2 – 6 + Years of Exp in Teradata
Skill 3- 8+ Years of exp in Data Architecture
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main onsite point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
Understand project requirements, clarify expectations, and communicate them effectively to offshore teams.
Participate in requirement discussions, daily stand ups, and status meetings with stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring alignment on tasks, timelines, and priorities.
Track project progress, identify risks, escalate issues early, and drive timely resolutions.
Ensure adherence to project quality standards, delivery timelines, and SLAs.
Must Have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Technically sound in Databricks, Pyspark, Python, Fabric, ADF, Synapse, informatica,
ETL/DataEngineering, data quality, DataOps, SQL, CI/CID
Designing and solutioning expertise
Experience coordinating between onsite/offshore team.
Ability to understand functional requirements and translate them into tasks.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience working directly with clients or product owners.
Good-to-Have
Domain knowledge (Manufacturing/Retail).
Experience in supporting data initiatives for AI/ML and GenAI projects
